Yoga therapy and grief and loss with Petrea King, Quest for Life Foundation and Robert Svoboda, international ayurveda expert

Today I am feeling so grateful for our community.
On Friday, I was privileged to attend international Ayurveda expert, Dr. Robert Svoboda’s talk. What an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience he has.
One take away from the night – “If you practice yoga and your home isn’t happy, then you are not practicing yoga.” Food for thought. I was also so excited to be reunited with so many friends from the Ayurveda and Yoga community that night. What a great community we have. I feel so grateful to be part of it.

Yesterday, I also received an email from Petrea King. Petrea is our keynote speaker at the Australian Yoga Therapy Conference. Petrea will be speaking on Being with Grief and Loss.
Grief and loss is something I have spent a lot of time dealing with personally over the past year and a half. And I know it is a topic that many of you are interested in knowing more about to assist your Yoga clients and students.

Petrea's words touched me profoundly and spoke to my heart. She is one of those special people – so full of love, compassion and wisdom. You can read what she wrote here.

If you would like more insight into Petrea's approach to grief and loss, you can read Petrea’s articles here.

Today is the last day of the early bird special for the Australian Yoga Therapy Conference.

I would encourage you to book your tickets now to hear Petrea King and the other exceptional speakers.
